Q: HOW DO I GET PAID?

A: Artists are paid .65USD per downloaded track sold and must have a registered PayPal account on the site. Payouts are based on the previous calendar month and funds from those sales will be released promptly between the 1st-5th of each month. Goldhammer WILL NOT hold funds for any reason. If your sales are final, you will be paid on schedule. GUARANTEED!

NOTE: After uploading your track, please be sure and go to "Sell Music" in your dashboard and select the songs you want to be submitted to the Record Shop for sale. Simply check the box in the tracks you want to sell and save.
 

Q: HOW DO I SELL TICKETS TO MY SHOWS?

A: Go to "Manage Shows" in your dashboard and create the details of your show, then add the link for your ticket sales. Goldhammer does not earn any money from your ticket sales.
 

Q: WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

A: The PayPal gateway allows us to process funds economically which in turn lends us the opportunity to payout safely as much as we do and promptly as promised. If you intend to sell your music or take donations on the site, a PayPal account is mandatory.

NOTE: If you intend to sell your music and or take donations on the site, be sure to go to "Payment" on your dashboard and enter your PayPal address.
 

Q: HOW CAN I UPLOAD/SELL MY MUSIC IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

A: Currently, based on particular laws regarding music sales and exchange rates, only artists in the USA and Canada can sell their music on the site. However, any artist can upload and promote their products by using the free artist account no matter where they are in the world. We're working diligently to open additional markets to accommodate our users.
 

Q: HOW DO I GET FEATURED ON THE HOMEPAGE?

A: If you're interested in featuring your profile, "Feature Your Profile" on the upper left side of the page. A Goldhammer team member will then contact you for terms, time and length of your feature. 
 

If you're interested in featuring your track, click the blue star next to the track you want featured. A Goldhammer team member will then contact you via email for terms, date and length of your feature. Please allow 
 

If you're interested in featuring on the Homepage Slider, click the Featured Slider on your dashboard. A Goldhammer team member will then contact you for terms, date and length of your feature.Please be sure to include your banner with the exact dimensions of 1900x550 pixels when you submit your inquiry. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to respond to tour request.

Q: HOW DO I GET DONATIONS FROM FANS AND SUPPORTERS?

A: You must have a PayPal account to take donations as an artist. The PayPal address you submit to take donations must be identical to the PayPal address you use for music sales.

Q: AM I FINANCIALLY OBLIGATED AS AN ARTIST TO GOLDHAMMER ENTERTAINMENT, LLC IF I SIGN WITH A MAJOR LABEL?

A: No. We aren't asking for any of your future earnings if you sign with a major record label, in fact we will be extending an invitation to major labels come to the site to find their next superstar. We can only hope you tell the world you were discovered on ibumpit.com.
